📦 Delivery Charges
We charge a flat delivery fee of Rs. 299 nationwide
For every additional above 1KG, an extra Rs. 200 per KG will be charged

⏱️ Order Processing & Dispatch
Orders placed before 12:00 PM (PST) are dispatched the same day
Orders placed after 12:00 PM are dispatched the next working day
Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are processed on the next working day

🚚 Delivery Timelines
Karachi: 1–3 working days
Nationwide: 5–10 working days
No deliveries are made on Sundays

🔍 Order Tracking
A shipping confirmation email will be sent once your order is dispatched
This email includes a tracking button/link
You can track your order in real-time until it reaches you

💳 Advance Payment Requirement
Orders above Rs. 10,000 require a partial or full advance payment
Our team will contact you after order confirmation with payment details
